We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about pushing the limits of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architecture Optimization: Implement scalable inference pipelines and optimize model performance for production deployment.
- Research Integration: Stay at the forefront of AI research, integrating cutting-edge techniques (RAG, Transformers, Diffusion) into our core products.
- Data Strategy: Lead the development of high-quality synthetic data pipelines to improve model robustness and reduce bias.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to translate technical concepts into user-centric AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, specifically with Generative AI or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, CUDA, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or PyTorch.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems in natural language understanding.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
