Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models and LLM pipelines at scale.
- Lead the technical strategy for model fine-tuning, optimization, and inference acceleration.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our core platforms.
- Establish rigorous standards for data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.

- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
