Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 AI roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integration points.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and model safety.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in multimodal AI and agent-based systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude) in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
