Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop and communicate strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Champion innovation through internal workshops and external speaking engagements
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
- Publish thought leadership in industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future-focused technologies
