Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research and scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AGI, biotech, Web4.0)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 10-year horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (SingularityNET, Web3.0 architecture)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar venues
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for moonshot projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
