Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps incorporating quantum computing, biometric interfaces, and climate AI
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D teams prototyping human-AI collaboration systems
- Anticipate societal shifts and regulatory impacts of emerging technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with ESG and sustainability goals
- Present foresight findings to Fortune 500 clients and UN innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
