Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology scenarios and strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and roadmaps for executive decision-making and investment allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to detect paradigm shifts before market adoption
- Translate future scenarios into product development pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Represent the company at global technology summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and market adoption curves
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
