Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive innovation adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methodology and scenario planning frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or innovation roadmaps
