Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and Web3 domains
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and digital transformation
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advise product teams on integrating future-proof technologies into core offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-scale initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation projects
