Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products with measurable impact
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong background in at least one of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture design, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
