Responsibilities

- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and industry partners

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts

- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 7+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or strategic technology roadmaps

- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
