- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing cross-continental teams

- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis outputs
