Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework for emerging trends (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and interaction paradigms
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global tech summits
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and product lifecycle management
