You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and present compelling narratives to stakeholders worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for long-term tech adoption
- Lead innovation workshops with global teams to co-create future-proof solutions
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments and R&D priorities
- Present foresight findings to investors, partners, and industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on tech trends and their societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology, Futurism, Strategic Studies, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Experience with cross-cultural teams and global stakeholder management
- Portfolio of published futurist work or tech trend analyses
