Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026+
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch disruptive products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive leadership and boards with data-driven impact projections
- Champion ethical innovation principles and sustainable technology adoption across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 3+ year vision cycles
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent innovation methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
