Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 domains
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business opportunities for executive stakeholders
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global tech conferences
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level audiences
- Published author in tech futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience managing cross-geographic teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
