Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and presentations for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development, market entry, and innovation pipelines
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward proactive future-readiness and adaptive innovation
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, MBA, or equivalent professional certification
- Proven track record of translating future insights into revenue-generating strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and geopolitical megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting) and analytical tools
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/white papers on future trends
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
