Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology architecture
- Proven track record leading large-scale future-focused initiatives ($5M+ budgets)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, Web3, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
