Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based foresight frameworks mapping technological convergence through 2026
- Produce strategic scenario-planning models for climate-tech, AI governance, and bioeconomics
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Analyze emerging risks (regulatory, ethical, geopolitical) and design mitigation protocols
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced predictive analytics and systems thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning projects with quantifiable impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate adaptation tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Futures Wheel)
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight or technology journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term technology disruption
