Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Global Innovation Strategy across 5 emerging technology verticals
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Present quarterly trend briefings to the board and executive leadership team
- Oversee cross-functional R&D teams prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Future Tech Review and Harvard Business Review
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and ethical frameworks
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, CES, or similar forums
- Proficiency in futures mapping tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ in R&D environments
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnership development)
