Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies for enterprise clients
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Develop proprietary forecasting models using advanced analytics and machine learning
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech implementation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience managing global teams and complex cross-cultural projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
