Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead interdisciplinary innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2030+ challenges
- Present future-state insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs focused on exponential technologies
- Quantify future opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and simulation tools
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
