Responsibilities
- Design 5-year strategic blueprints for emerging technology verticals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports with actionable business insights
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 technology accelerators
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab on horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Futures')
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level technology roadmaps
