Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 global innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing speculative prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Translate strategic foresight into executable business plans with measurable KPIs
- Present futuristic visions to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Mentor junior futurists in critical thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future-trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
