Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with quantum computing teams to commercialize breakthrough applications
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Drive patent strategy for neuro-technology and predictive AI systems
- Mentor junior futurists in interdisciplinary research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ patents)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and generative AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 2025-2030 tech adoption strategies
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (e.g., IEEE 7000 series)
- Prior publications in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurism journals
