Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for global megatrends (climate, demographic shifts, AI governance)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy and product development
- Author high-impact white papers and keynote presentations at Davos-level forums
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies through stakeholder engagement
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools and quantum computing principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
