Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging disruption vectors in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce actionable scenario plans for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Curate and analyze global trend data from proprietary intelligence platforms
- Mentor junior futurists while publishing thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Architect ethical guardrails for next-generation autonomous systems
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through visionary pitch presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Published author in peer-reviewed future studies journals
