Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize AI, biotech, and quantum computing insights into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision prototypes into commercializable solutions
- Produce high-impact future-state reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption patterns
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) highly desirable
