Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements into business operations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align on future capabilities
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders, translating complex futures into executable initiatives
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging domains including decentralized systems and neurotech interfaces

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership roles
