As a key architect of our future, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll leverage proprietary forecasting frameworks to anticipate societal shifts, technological inflection points, and market disruptions that will redefine business landscapes by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives aligned with 2026 technological and societal projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and risk mitigation frameworks for exponential change
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism publications
