Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops on quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Produce annual 'FutureTech' reports predicting market disruptions
- Advocate ethical AI frameworks and sustainable innovation principles
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record publishing influential industry forecasts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology adoption initiatives launched
