Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global technological, economic, and social trends to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead executive workshops on disruptive innovation and future-proofing organizational structures
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in industry-leading journals
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts and innovation partners
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level future strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSD) preferred
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
