Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Analyze disruptive forces (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) and their market implications
- Produce scenario-planning models for global supply chain resilience in 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 paradigm shifts
- Author thought leadership content on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning presentation skills
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
