Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their 2026 implications through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-level executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead immersive foresight workshops using design thinking and speculative design methodologies
- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex futures into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advolve the company's innovation pipeline through horizon scanning and opportunity assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
