Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops and publish high-impact trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists while driving innovation in our future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership with proven 5+ year planning track record
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology, or MBA with specialization
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, biotech, or climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) or equivalent practical experience
