- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into strategic priorities
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 market readiness
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-state roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Certification in scenario planning or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Kumu, Gephi)
