Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead executive workshops translating foresight into strategic priorities
- Author quarterly trend briefs and annual futures reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future of work/tech/society
- Experience advising C-suite on decade-long strategy
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Strong background in technology, climate science, or behavioral economics
