Responsibilities

- Author visionary whitepapers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals

- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business value and market advantage
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong communication abilities to distill complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
