Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual foresight reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create 2026 innovation roadmaps with Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate into strategic frameworks
- Design and maintain trend-scoring algorithms using proprietary data models
- Present findings to executive boards through compelling narrative visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists while establishing thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
