Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and societal trends through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients integrating AI, blockchain, and bio-tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-state visions
- Produce whitepapers and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 strategic foresight projects with $2M+ budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and curate our proprietary trend intelligence database
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, TED, or similar forums
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for trend analysis modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on Fortune 500 digital transformation
- Security clearance eligibility for government-contract projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (highly desirable)
