Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on 2026 market shifts
- Design and validate exponential technology prototypes in our innovation lab
- Publish thought leadership on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Advolve C-suite executives on long-term technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects delivered since 2020
