Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact scenarios using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment priorities for $500M+ portfolio
- Present findings to board members and investors with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or futurism (required portfolio)
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, and climate tech convergence points
