Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic foresight roadmaps aligned with global technological trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, advanced AI) for commercial viability
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate future market disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and validate strategic hypotheses
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and lead a high-performing foresight team of researchers and analysts
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technological roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
