Located in the vibrant heart of San Francisco's tech ecosystem, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forward-looking frameworks, conduct horizon scanning, and deliver executive insights that position our company as a global thought leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight methodologies to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies by 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for future market shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for internal stakeholders and industry partners
- Establish innovation pipelines aligned with long-term technological trajectories
- Manage a team of futurist researchers and analysts
- Represent the company at global conferences and thought leadership forums
- Integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry reports or thought leadership content
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
