Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce strategic roadmaps identifying technological, economic, and societal inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling and data visualization
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Pioneer new methodologies for long-term strategic planning in volatile environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with C-suite exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with advanced visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on disruptive market shifts
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant field preferred
