Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps using quantitative forecasting models
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing and decentralized systems
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications positioning our company as a future-ready innovator
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario planning work for 2025-2030 horizons
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech policy, or neuro-interfaces
- Proficiency with trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on technology disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
