Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
