- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Produce actionable scenario plans and risk assessments for exponential technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Design immersive futures-thinking workshops for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption
