Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with exponential growth trajectories
- Facilitate C-level strategic workshops to translate foresight into actionable business priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing high-stakes strategic decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformation projects in tech-driven environments
