You'll lead horizon scanning initiatives, develop scenario-based planning frameworks, and champion exponential technologies that will redefine industries by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adoption of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and disruptive innovation
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio tracking and technology readiness assessment
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces to prototype future-state solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology predictions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech sector
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Track record of translating future trends into business impact
- Published thought leadership on technology trends
